For Returns, please initiate the process from your Order Panel or write to info@ndrsport.in
For shipped merchandise, the returns may be for the cost of merchandise, the costs of shipping may not be refunded depending on the reason of return.
All products must be in the same condition, unwashed and unworn received within:
- For all orders: 15 days of purchase
Full refunds for purchased items and Shipping Cost will be given under the following condition:
- Defective Goods
- Misprinted Goods
- Damaged goods while shipping
If you consider your product falls under any given above reasons, feel free to contact info@ndrsport.in within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product. It will take 5 business working days in order to process any qualifying exchange or return.
- No Exchange will be accepted for Inner wear.
- NDR SPORT will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- Exchange will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
- You can Exchange either complete order or some items from the same order. The items for Exchange should accompany original invoice for reference.
- In case the items do not match with invoice copy, the refund will not be entertained.
- Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: NDR SPORT, 30 Shivam Estate 3, TGB factory Lane, Changodar Bridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382213, India. Please mention Order ID on the packet.
- Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing to courier service.
- Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
- NDR SPORT follows 7 days No question asked Exchange policy. You can Exchange the product within 7-10 working days of delivery.
